The Mandalorian is an American space Western web television series. Set five years after the events of Return of the Jedi and 25 years before The Force Awakens' events. The protagonist known as "The Mandalorian" is hired to track down and capture The Child for a remnant of the fallen Galactic Empire. Instead, he becomes his adoptive father and protects him from the Imperials. The Child is Baby Yoda or Grogu.
